Lost money

I have deposited the money from Old mutual to CIPC, companies and intellectual property commission on the 18 December 2023 till today they do not get that money. I went to CIPC Sancardia. They told me that I should go back to Old Mutual, Old Mutual they have told me that I should go back to CIPC. CIPC ask me to send proof of payment and my certified copy, I have done it now they told me that they do not see the payment. I do not knock what to do now
