LOGIN QUERY

Can someone please help me!!!! I am trying to get through to CIPC on ***. I need to do my annual return but I cant get in. My login username is 537879. The site says my password is incorrect but its been the same one since 2010. Don't know why its not accepting the password now. When I try reset the password it asks me in which town was I born - when I enter that it also says its wrong. This I cant get wrong as I know where I was born.<br> <br> please I want to pay!!!!! *** (Shereen)
