Lack of assistance to numerous enquiries

<p>I app**** for a new company last year and reserved a name. Both of which was accepted. However, since then I've been trying to get the company name that was reserved to replace the Enterprise name of K ********** 930. Again I phoned and spoke to a man who told me what documents to send in, on 30 March 2016 I emailed all the documents through (CoR11.1 form; Notice of payment R75; CoR14.3.) and received no reply. I chased this up several times to no avail. Finally I logged an enquiry again number ********** 608T94339 and was advised as follows:</p> <p>'Good day,</p> <p>For name change please lodge an approved cor9.4 cor15.2 resolution letter and certified id copy then send it to ********** <p>Regards'</p> <p>I sent in the documents as required on 7 September ...however I then received a response that my request has been rejected (Tracking reference: ********** 41(2)) as I need to send in a 'special resolution approved by shareholders indicating change of name'. I had a look on the site for this document and could only find documents relating to closing the business. I emailed for assistance on 26 September at 4:54pm to ask what is meant by 'special resolution approved by shareholders indicating change of name' and how to complete this. Again no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've asked company registration agencies to find out if there is a way someone can help me. They said to start from fresh. That is rediculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could someone contact me to urgently change the reserved name as this has also now expired with the reserved name no longer available. </p>
