<p>Been trying since beginning Jan 2017 to sumbit my annual return and first time in 3 years that I can errors on the website when trying to calculate etc. No-one understand a basic question. On 17 Feb 2017 I needed to set a reset form with my ID etc to fix "somehting" and again today they ask me again for the reset form and ID. I getting error like this when I press calculate - After I clicked Calculate - I landed on this page - again notice the new error - ERROR: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at AnnualReturns.FileAR.btnCalculate_Click(Object sender, ImageClickEventArgs e) in C:\Users\TLuyaba\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\AnnualReturns\FileAR.aspx.cs:line 231 (I then clicked CONTINUE)</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told at least 3 times it is fixed - I can log in again. Very time I respond that it is not working - another "new employee" on training starts with my query and reset the same ID, forms etc.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
