Incompetence

On Tuesday, 15 May i made a payment of R300 into my Cipc account (AMA372) and I followed the instructions of getting a ticket (T262250) which was done 3 weeks ago. till this the amount has not been allocated into my account i have made 5-10 calls, recevied an from Pfarelo Mahafha on Fri, 25 May that it will be done, still nothing. it was even escalated on Mon, 28 May to Nakani Lesley Makhuvha "who seems to be always" God knows doing what and it still has not been done. this is really ***********!
