I CANNOT ADD DIRECTORS DETAILS AND PROCEED

I am trying to register a private company with CPIC. I have registered as a customer and have a number, have also paid more than the fee. At the page where the director's details are required, the 'edit' button does not respond and I cannot proceed, having tried again numerous times. I tried calling the phone line but after holding for 45 minutes, gave up. Where to from here?
