Hopeless Service, killing our economy

Company creation process, document uploaded, then no response, system indicates no email documents received, however it has been emailed to the correct address. The turnaround time has expired. The online inquiry system authentication doesn't work, I've tried with different accounts, doesn't allow login. Called the call center twice was on hold for 20 minutes and 30 minutes with no response. <br> <br> This is serious as it is preventing business, how do we create jobs and boost the economy if your poor service prevents us before we can even get started. come on it is not that difficult to create a working online authentication or run a call center that can pick up the phone within 30 minutes.
