Funds not allocated

I have been processing returns on CIPC website for about 10 years now and have always found the process fairly smooth. On 08/06/2016 I made an EFT payment into CIPS's bank account (FNB to Absa) as I do each time I need to process AR's. I expected to see the funds in my customer account the next day - as it has occured each time I pay CIPC. To my disgust no funds had been allocated to my customer account and they are still not allocated as at 14/06/2016.

I then proceeded to phone the call centre to find out what had happened. On 3 separate occasions I waited over half an hour on the line, not getting through to anyone. I am now wondering if they even have an operational call centre!!

I lodged a ticket query as I couldn't find any other way of contacting CIPC and atttached my proof of payment .... NO RESPONSE FROM CIPC whatsoever. Only an automatic reply to the ticket. I need to process AR's for 3 of my clients and cannot do them due to no funds in my customer account. I WILL NOT pay penalties if the AR's are late.

I am extremely annoyed with the fact that I cannot process the work for my clients and that there is no way of getting to speak to anyone for help. At least with SARS one can get to speak to someone! Thoroughly disgusted and annoyed.
