Failure to change PTY LTD to INC

<p>Dear CIPC</p> <p>I have asked you to change my PTY LTD to an Incorporation. Registration number 2015 / 337858 / 07</p> <p>I have:</p> <p>Paid you the money<br />Sent you the documents<br />Enquired 3 times with terrible responses<br />So now I will:</p> <p>Accept my company is an INC.<br />Instruct my lawyers to accept it is an INC.<br />Instruct my bank to accept it as an INC.<br />Instruct SARS to recognise it as an INC.<br />Instruct my accountants and auditors to accept it as an INC.<br />If you will not change it, and I incur losses of any kind, these will be for your account. I have gone beyond all REASONABLE means to get this sorted out.
