Extremely bad service,bad atttude and pure laziness

<p>Bad service through and through, not only do the consultants at CIPC in Carleton Centre not approachable</p> <p> </p> <p>when they do decide to talk to you they either pass the buck and give you useless information just to get you out of their faces, they are even more useless when it gets close to knock off time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem with my B-BBEE Ceritficate and I went to CIPC for three days to get it sorted, all I did was wait in line , no one was interested in taking any of my questions when I tried to ask what to do before joining the line, on the third day I waited in line AGAIN for 3 hours when I managed to get some assistance I was told to stand aside someone will help me with my dilemma, I waited and every other person was served and 10 minutes to knock off time, the idiotic numbskull I dealt with stated the obvious with absolutely no solution as to how to fix my problem . In my personal opinion all the staff in that space should be replaced with people that want to work and not people wasting air for 30 days waiting for a salary. I want my issue resolved as im not able to use my certificate and I would want someone to contact me as to how to solve my issue. my contact number is ********** and email address is **********
