Furthermore, we have made no less than 52 attempts to register this company over the last four days including outside of office hours. No offer of alternative means to register whilst you sort out your IT problems. The name reservation has expired so notwithstanding we have had to pay for that service we now will have to pay more to register without a reservation certificate when and if we are finally able to register. Will any refund be forthcoming? This state of affairs is beyond shocking. We are aware you are a 3rd world organisation but that is only because there is no lower rating available to apply.

Please at least have the courtesy to respond to our emails.
