ENQUIRIES PORTAL DOES NOT WORK!!!!

What's the point of having an enquiries portal when it DOES NOT WORK!!!??? has it ever worked!!??<br> I have been trying for 2 months to login to lodge an enquiry regarding my company name change and have not been able to. Is CIPC even attempting to fix it?? I have been trying to change my company name for 2 months now without any success. Was contacted by a CIPC rep via email after laying a complaint and that was that, she does not even respond to my response. What kind of circus show are you guys running??? It is hopeless to deal with CIPC, make you want to not run a business at all!!!! it is services like these that are killing our country!!!! <br> <br> FIX you enquiries portal and provide a proper means of being able to check the state of our applications. We email you and that is that, we don't know if you got the email, attending to the name change, or doing whatever it is you do.<br> <br> My experiences thus far with CIPC has been the worst I have had in my life with any company. It is like they take your money and then there is no contact with you at all. I was starting to think that the CIPC website was a phishing website, that's how far I was going. TERRIBLE SERVICES!!!
