Dreadful Service!!

<p>A manual company registration application was emailed to ********** on 09 November 2016. No response so we followed up on 03 March 2017 and were told there was no record of such an email or application.</p> <p>The application was resent on 06 March 2017. No response so we followed this up mid June and were told there was no record of such an email or application.</p> <p>The application was submitted for the THIRD time on 19 May 2017. No response so we followed this up and were told that there was no record of such an email or application. I think at this point it is an understatement to say I was annoyed. So I rung you on 03 July 2017 and after being on hold for half an hour someone picked up the phone. But they didn't talk to me. They proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with one of their colleagues. This went on for about 5 minutes before I decided to put the phone down. So I rung again. I eventually got hold of someone who told me the application HAD been received and gave me a tracking number. I was over the moon that after THREE submissions someone had actually processed our application. </p> <p>My relief was short-lived. After a week of not hearing anything, I followed up on the online query system. I quoted the tracking number I was given and I was advised that this tracking number belongs to an annual return submitted in May 2017.</p> <p>Seriously!!!!!!!!!??????? FIND MY APPLICATION AND PROCESS IT!!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!! Can someone there who actually cares please sort this out!!! CIPC consultants are an absolute joke!!! Customer code is FRE077.</p> <p>I tried SIX times to get through by telephone this morning and got cut off every time. The situation couldn't get more insane!!</p>
