I have been trying to get a hold of the call centre for three days now, No call centre can be that busy that it takes two hours to answer the phone. Then they [Email Removed] should rather be called [Email Removed] no one cares to respond to any damn emails. As for they new on-line service such a load of hogwash you cant even log an enquiry with your customer number , guess another one of our mickey mouse government run operations.
