Disgusting service

WHy do these people never answer the damn phone. I deposited money last week and it still has not been allocated! You want us to make payment within 24 hours but you dont bother to allocate the funds and it was from ABSA to their ABSA account. Why put deadlines for payments when you guys obviously do nothing.
