DISGUSTING SERVICE DELIVERY

For over three weeks, my attempts at making enquiries over the phone have been met with no response. The only telephone number available is NEVER answered by the call centre agents. I find it highly unlikely that such an institution can be understaffed for such an extended period.<br> Moreover, there is no number on the website to lay a formal complaint. I have exhausted all avenues to try to get a hold of their customer consultants to no avail.<br> My business is suffering due to the sheer disregard of their consultants in handling matters professionally.<br> All i can remember is a voice prompt (when the phone rings) which REPEATEDLY APOLOGISES FOR A DELAY DUE TO VOLUMES BUT NEVER DEALS WITH CUSTOMER PROBLEMS.
