Director Amendments process

I have been trying to amend changes to directors of an NPC and your service is the worst. Since the beginning of October, you keep on rejecting the application over and over again even though I have the correct documentation. This week its the "the ID documents are not visible", next it's "the minutes are not signed" if it's not "you have not submitted the mandate to change directors". And every time I have to go through the pain stacking process of starting over and over again.
