Despondent : DEFENSIVE NAME RESERVATION AT CIPC

After register a new business with a Approved name we could not managed to reserve the "defensive name" while the name is still valid till 18 November 2025 and is in use and approved by CIPC. We send ALL the documents confirming and ask for but still no success. There is no proper help to do any rectification if there is a fault on our side. There is NO active application on their E-service site and must be done by email communication. We are Very Frustrated. NO proper feedback or help from their Specialist Advisor, Lorraine Petersen
