Deregistration confirmation document

Good day

I've been trying to Deregister my Company since 16/08/2023 where you send 4 documents to "***" and then wait and there is no confirmation that your documents are correct just an automatic letter stating they received an email. Then the first time I received feedback was on 24/07/2024 from a Tshepo Ramekane who luckily rep****. Then again on the 02/08/2024 they informed me that I need to resubmit my documents because they don't have it on there system.

Then a few days passed by with no feedback received and needing to go through there Ombud department before I could speak to someone, now my application was processed in 13/08/2024 and I waited the 4 months and they did advise that I need to log a ticket but every time I tired to do that the server is unavailable and is been like that since 01/08/2024 so how do I log a ticket or do a enquiry if there server never works and if I don't get a reply from "***", "***". I have sent another mail to "***" and it's been 4 working days since I have sent the mail and no feedback given.

The only thing that I am waiting for is the deregistration confirmation letter to confirm the company has been closed so that I can submit that document to SARS and then I can go on with my life but this whole process has been a nightmare that doesn't want go away.
