Delay in changes of members on Close Corporation

Our company submitted an application of changes in membership with all relevant supporting documents required to CIPC. This was done in October 2014 and the turnaround time is around x2 weeks. It has been four months now and they still have not done anything. Our agent drove to PTA offices with no luck. We have been trying for a month now to get through to the call centre as you need to hold for hours and hours and still not het through. Our annual returns are up to date, we just dont get any feedback of what is going on...I can also understand why SA's economy is not going anywhere due these institutions. All our investment plans has been put on hold and we lost one of the businesses we wanted to aquire as first time entrepreneurs. This business would have established 30 new jobs. We could not do anything unless the changes on our CK documents have been finalised as a result of the delay by CIPC. I dont know who and where to turn to as their website is also a complete mess...
