COR39 Amendment taking nearly a year

We have been trying for almost a year now in order to get our directors amended for one of our companies.<br> I have made numerous calls to the CIPC as well as used the QRS system which does not work.<br> <br> When I finally get to talk to a call centre agent, they have no record of any of the tracking numbers that I was given.<br> <br> This is one of the most frustrating bodies to deal with as they are completely disorganised and have no idea what they are doing.<br> <br> The original tracking number is *** and the ticket number on the QRS system is 49356.<br> <br> I have followed all of the processes that I have been asked to follow and have not had any success with any of them.<br> <br> CIPC - when are you going to get organised and provide the service that is paid for!!!
