COR39

My company is being victimized by the CIPC COR39 department, in particular by its team leader Mr Thomas Lebete. We have submitted more than 6 applications and each time it is declined. The reason ranges from having full names of commissioners to not receiving documents and today it is because we did not submit a notice of the meeting. Nowhere is it a requirement when submitting, the request is for an extract of the minutes of the meeting to be submitted. After battling almost 9 weeks to have our companies COR39 declined with out proper reason we find ourselves at the mercy of ********* and unprofessional people who do not seem to be able to be held accountable for incompetence. I would like them to be held countable. Business' in South Africa are valuable to the country's economy, and it provides for many families in our country. The lack of respect for this is not acceptable. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. These people seem to think that they are GOD wrecking peoples lives and further causing our countries economy to deteriorate. We saying this is not acceptable and should not be acceptable by South Africans. These people are not GOD. Lets do something about it.
