Completely ignored
<p>I have been trying to amend a couple of CC's members for 2 months, but no service or follow up received. Monday, 3pm, and their call center prompts drops all calls saying that business hours are Monday to Friday??? I need assistance, but receive the cold shoulder due to utterly lazy and unhelpful staff. Dealing with this organisation is a dreadful experience.</p>

Kindly check the status of your transaction on the website or lodge en enquiry, CIPC call centre receive high volume of calls and dropping of calls might be because of technical challenges.
