COMPLAINT TO CIPC

I have been attempting numerous times to log a new director on our online profile, but for some reason the appointment date is ineffective.<br> <br> The online form gives the opportunity to put in appointment date, and I select the appointment date on their built in calendar as the day that I am applying. Yet I receive an ERROR: System Argument/Exception. String was not recognized as a valid Date/Time.<br> <br> Please can someone assist us in putting through the online lodging of a new director, as it essential this director be added urgently.
