company registration

i have been trying to register my company since March 2015. i have registered a name , after paid R125 for the company registration and filled the forms and emailed id copies and the form to [Email Removed] in March 2015,so that they can register my company, even nw i am still waiting.<br> no response from them and its June now am still waiting.<br> tracking no ***,<br> name reservation code ***<br> <br> <br>
