Company registration

Registered a company and when I eventually got feedback they registered the company with the wrong address. They registered the company with 2 additional director we removed and did not even send the supporting document so how can they list them as directors? The company name is totally wrong not even close to the one i paid for and i paid for the reservation.

Phone them 3 times today and the same lady answers the phone with a really bad attitude and noe its apparently my problem and i have to deal with it.

Is this acceptable? I think not, tried asking for a manager and she dropped the phone after me having to wait 10 min for her to “get the manager”

It seems everyone wants work but no one is capable of doing it
