Company Name Change NOT CHANGED OVER!!!! 27 DAYS!!

I have reserved a new company name via the [URL Removed] e-services portal [URL Removed] and have received confirmation that is has been approved via the COR 9.4 Document. I have emailed [Email Removed] with the required documents in order for my company name to change over from NetIntel to CypherNet on the 27 July 2015. It is now the 27 August 2015 and my company name has still not changed!!.<br> <br> The [URL Removed] website states that there is a 25 day turnaround time. it is now 27 days and counting. This is absolutely appalling services to say the least. I am losing business due to this and it's becoming a nightmare to explain to existing clients.<br> <br> The cipc enquiries portal DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!! There is no way of logging an enquiry with CIPC. it's as if they don't care that the enquiries portal does not work, because they don't want to receive our complaints?? I don't know. but it seems from other complaints that the enquiries portal has not been working for a long while now. <br> <br> I have tried calling their call center and the telephone prompts lady is so slow and unclear. Then it takes forever to get to a consultant, which I have not been able to reach.
