Company Amendment Not Happening

I have been struggling to amend a private company since 13 October 2014 without success. After a couple of submissions, we are not receiving any reason why the amendment is not happening. I have successfully amended other companies in this period but after continuous unanswered phone calls I was left with no choice but to use another angle. The initial reference number was ***.
