Co-operative registration time has lapsed-21 days
I have app**** for the registration of a co-orperative in April. I have made sure that all required documents and forms were submitted and the transaction is captured as documents received on the CIPC website in April. I have waited more than 21 working days, which is the maximum waiting period stated on the website and have yet to receive my proof of registration. I have checked online for the progress which has not been updated since April. I have, on 8 occasions, tried to call the call centre *** and held on for over 45min with no answer to my calls. I have tried to log a query on the Enquiries website but every time I try, I get a \incorrect username/password"feedback even though I use the same username and password which works to login to the services website. I have tried changing my password and I get the same response. It has been 40 working days and I do not have a registered co-operative and the securities at the DTI building do not allow me access into the building to go enquire. The service centres log me into the website to tell me the same thing I see for myself when I login to my eservices profile.
Customer Code: DBACON
Transaction No: ***"""
