CIPC - Worst service I have ever experiences - Refund = Never going to happen

<p>I raised a ticket with CIPC in Sept 2016 in order to get a refund. Many calls later (one where I was on hold for more than 25 min) and still no refund! I have attached all supporting documents which they asked - how long does it take to process?? You get no Ref for the calls and no way to determine if there is any follow up on your ticket. PLEASE HELP!</p>
