CIPC wont Change my CC to PTY for 4 months!!!

We have app**** to have our CC Cooper College CC to be converted to a pty Ltd.<br> <br> We need this done so that a legal contract can come into effect. <br> <br> After 2 months we logged it again after sending emails to escalate the problem were ignored.<br> After another month and more sending of emails to escalate the problem we decided maybe we would apply through a different profile. it's now a month and a half later and still no success.<br> <br> I am at my wits end and highly frustrated at the absolute inability to do this.<br>
