CIPC Website is a joke

I have been trying to log on to the CIPC website to file my return and their verification system is stuck in a loop. It constantly brings you back to change your password and update your details. - www.enquiries.cipc.co.za is non-existent. - Call Centre number message" number does not exist. - No email address. How do we contact and make you aware that the your site is not functional. Please assist in order to do annual filing.
