CIPC unwilling to help

One of the directors have resigned at our church in february. We appointed a new director and was added on cipc. We are trying to do our tax exemption at SARS and certain documents are required for this ( our MOI documents ). We are trying to get our amended documents since February from CIPC but they keep sending us the documents with the resigned director on. They obviously charge us every time for these faulty documents. When we call them each of their call centre agents have a different story and email addresses given to us doesn't exist. We have spend hundreds of rands and numerous hours on phone calls but to no avail as our documents are still incorrect. The managers refuse to speak to us. We dont know what to do anymore to get the correct documents and SARS are waiting for it. Please help.
