CIPC unhelpful "Help Desk"

I am not sure what the purpose of CIPC's helpdesk is if it isn't to efficiently resolve issues that should not be there in the first place. In my years of interacting with the help desk for various issues, I have not been successfully assisted with a query but most of those tickets are "CLOSED" because CIPC is happy to move on without ensuring that a query has been adequately resolved. And of course, you can never reach them telephonically. Really disappointing!
