CIPC take incompetence to new highs

CIPC - In a country where incompetence within government is an expectation the CIPC takes that incompetence to a totally new level. If you forget your password and ask to have it reset, the SMS gets through to your phone within a matter of seconds but the e-mail section does not work. The information they display is correct but the email functionality has been switched off or is not working. Even their login routine. Any user going to their website would want to login 99% of the access times. So they hide the login under some innocuous menu item so that it takes about ten minutes to find it. If you phone, other than the automated response, no one bothers to answer the phones. Totally *********** does not even begin to describe them
