CIPC Social Media Must Fall!

https://www.facebook.com/BizPortal.gov.za/ and https://twitter.com/theCIPC were utterly of no help. Instead they type, verbatim, information that is already on the main website.

I have used social media to get expedited assistance from other public and private organisation, the BEST that CIPC Twitter and CIPC Facebook could after an hour of back and forth was an admittance that they are incapable, inadequate and uncaring.

The buffoonery of the whole exchange made me feel like I was a 5-yea old talking to another 5-year old, as I would have to dumb down my communication so that what was being said was understood.
