CIPC REFUND

My name is B Mabale

I erroneously transferred an amount of R2900 into the CIPC account on the 18th of July 2019 and on the 19th I requested a refund and I was told it will take 3 weeks to get my money. I waited on the time period given and to my disappointment I did not get my money. I lodged an enquire on this matter i was told finance is on top of it and they acknowledge its been a while I've waited to get my money. Now when i call they only give me the run around.
