CIPC online Company Registration portal is a nightmare!!!

"Password invalid for customer code entered" The most *********** website when trying to change your password. Call Centre is useless as well!! Keep trying they say and all I have received after weeks of trying is the above error message!! Customer service and online portal makes transacting with CIPC a nightmare!! Is there another way to register a company???????
