I typical useless government organisation that is skimming money. Paid over two months ago, calls and emails later funds still not allocated. As a result a penalty yet still nothing proactive done. Every single year the same story, the same drama. The ANC saga goes on promising for over a decade better service delivery, something that does not exist and ever will in a banana republic!
