CIPC new processes

I am not sure if I am the only one who have been frustrated by the new CIPC processes for directors amendments and other ancillary matters. The information they have pulled through from the normal CIPC to Bizportal have been a total disaster. The filer's email address and contact details are wrong or is missing then you end up not getting an OTP
