CIPC log-in problems

I have been trying to log-on to the cipc website to submit my company annual-returns with no luck. The cipc website is not responsive, cant log-in and reset my password but ID, Surname and Customer Code exist on their database. There is no response to the callcentre to attend to my query and I have to submit my returns. I now have to be penalized for late submission. Our government doesn't seem to care that we submit or not.
