CIPC Issue not resolved

Good day I've lodged a query with CIPC and got the feedback that my problem has been resolved but when i tried to lodge a name reservation i still get the same error, ive tried to contact your call center but was put on for more than 8 minutes with no response or update from the agent who put me on hold. Please assist in this regard. My CIPC user name is THA031
