CIPC ***********

Send first submission for re-instatement on Fri, Dec 19, 2014 at 10:10 AM, received a mail so I assume my email has reached the system, a few days later I receive a email, Mon, Dec 22, 2014 at 2:08 PM, stating that it has been denied thanks to no deed searches being submitted. Fair enough, we engaged with Mydeedsearch to obtain the documents for us & pay them their fee. We subsequently submit the re-instatement documens on the following dates to the given address provided by the CIPC website [Email Removed] Tue, Dec 23, 2014 at 10:32 AM, Thu, Jan 22, 2015 at 8:50 AM & again on Wed, Jan 28, 2015 at 8:19 PM, with no feedback from anyone at the CIPC. We logged a ticket ID:30***-01-22 07:34 & were eventually informed that there is no record of our submission, submitted again on Sat, Jan 31, 2015 at 9:04 AM, Mon, Feb 2, 2015 at 9:51 AM, Mon, 2 Feb 2015 16:23:31. Commisioner A ludin has been helpful but the service desk agents & the manager of re-instatments, Christa Klokow has been poor. To see the proof that someone has been trying all available routes given to him by the CIPC to get re-instated & then just sit back & say we have nothing is pathetic!
