CIPC Incompetence
I tried to submit my AR in Feb and March this year, not accepted by the stupid CIPC system as I was too early! Paid the R100 and waited until last week and then tried again. Slapped with R150 fine for late submission, thus I could not submit. Why making everything more difficult for already struggling people? The answer is to carry on with your business, keeping all income under the mattress and not paying tax!!! The only responses I receive are computer generated and clearly indicates that my query will not be entertained. Judged and sentenced in the new democratic RSA!!!

Kindly note that close corporations have two months to file annual returns without a penalty. The due period for the above indicated entity is 1 March to 30 April. Any filing after such period will incur a penalty of R150.00.
In order to consider your request, kindly provide proof of the problem being experienced and that you notified us of the problem before the penalty incurred.
