CIPC FUNDS STILL NOT ALLOCATED

I made a payment for annual returns on 27 May, as I do for several companies and have been doing so for many years. The funds have never reflected in the account. I raised 5 ticket queries (only 3 reflecting on the history) and despite having received 3 responses all indicating that the matter HAS BEEN RESOLVED, still no funds are reflecting in the account. We are expected to trade within the law, yet these government organisations make it soo difficult to do so. To top it all we are expected to pay penalties for late submission caused by someone else's incompetence to allocate funds correctly!
