CIPC dont help business

I am trying to start up a business and went onto the Bizportal website which is operated by CIPC. I a notification and a reference number to say I had logged the business application but I then found out that there was a problem with my application but the website gave no indication what it was. I logged a report to the CIPC on 6th March and received an email confirming it had been received by the CIPC. Since then I have heard nothing. You cannot email them as no email addresses are given and their call centre do not answer the phone. I have now tried to call them four times and it is the same every time. The phone rings for about 5 minutes and then someone picks up the phone and immediately puts it down again. And everyone wonders why business is not doing well, the people who are supposed to be helping you are clearly not interested.
