Good day. I called *** to ask how to register a Company as a Vendor on their Data Base to bid for their internal Tenders. They gave me this number *** to talk with HR. I spoke to a lady in HR gave me this 2 numbers ***and said this number *** belongs to Alis Monapo who should know the info to register Asa Vendor on their Data Base. I called the 1st number and it kept ringing and taking me to voicemail until I finally called Alis Monapo and she answered. I now explained to the 3rd person which is Alis Monapo and she listened until she said she is not really sure about the info I'm asking for but she will take my number and call me back with a valid answer. She then suggested after I gave her my name and number that her colleague might have proper info. Alis Monapo gave a lady by the name of Tebatso the phone to explain to me how to register as a Vendor on their CIPC Data Base. Well Tebatso listened to my long story again and said she is also not sure how to go by it, but they will call me after an hour or maybe tomorrow morning with proper info on how to register on their Data Base. I had no choice but to wait. Unfortunately I was in a meeting with various clients who needs me as a Business Consultant to register their business on Cipc and wanted to finalize all paperwork going forward. I had to call Alis again because an hour was too long for my clients to wait and she suggested I called this number which kept ringing and taking me to voice mail ***. I didn't know what to do because I was wasting money on voicemail and people who didn't know anything I call this number "Report ********* conduct at CIPC toll-free: ***". I reported this thinking they might have a solution, but the lady called Jackie said she can't help me as well. All my clients had to leave without knowing what's happening at CIPC and how they should even do business with them. We register Online for Gorventment in Tshwane, but we submit at Benoni, Finance Office for Ekhuruleni Vendor registration with all supporting documents needed.
