CIPC Customer Care Not Answering Calls

CIPC customer care line is the worse, I don't know if there are people allocated to answer calls because no one ever answers when calling. My company is on deregistration, I tried to pay annual returns to reactivate it, the system says I must contact CIPC, I try to contact them, well like I said I just stay on hold forever.
