CIPC BAD SERVICE AND BAD SYSTEM

I honestly don't understand why CIPC changed the system because this new E-SERVICE system is not helpful at all. I have been trying to register a private company for over a week now. the system just freeze when I reach the part of editing the directors details, worse the poor system does not allow me to continue until that is done. I mean really time is money why all these delays and *********** system. How are we supposed to work here? Did anyone do this on purpose to stop us from owning our own companies???<br> <br> Their call centre staff never pick up the phone. What is going on?????
