CIPC AR Certifcate

I have been struggling to get my AR Certificate out of them for over a month. Every time I request the certificate on the system on my own account it shows I have already requested for this in the past day and when I go to the reprint part it shows " File not found" If I log onto a different account and request for the AR Certificate, a lot of different companies Certifcates get emailed except for mine.

I have been multiple times to the sunnyside walk in centre where if the computer eventually logs in after 20 minutes give or take then the person assisting me gets nothing done, they write down my details and then I have to leave because they cant get anything done on the system.

If i phone the call centre I get told to email. If i email the response time is 10 working days and then no success when the response comes back with "Try again "

I have mailed the ceo's office Mister Rolly Voller multiple times but they never come back to assist with the issue.

I need my AR Certificate to apply for a qualification I urgently need for my company to continue practising if not I can get a fine or prison time.

What is going on with CIPC that they can't sort out the simplest of documents?
